It is entirely possible to treat limescale stains using this ingredient. The combination of coarse salt and lemon is very effective for this purpose. Here’s how to add it to the bucket
All you have to do is mix these two ingredients i.e. salt and lemon inside the cleaning bucket and dip a sponge in the solution and scrub the area in question with this winning duo before rinsing. In addition to acting as a disinfectant, this mixture will eliminate limescale and other difficult-to-remove stains.

If, on the other hand, you have cooked fish and find yourself with an unpleasant and persistent smell in your kitchen, don’t worry, because we have the solution! In a bowl, mix around 20 drops of essential oil of your choice with 150 g of coarse salt. Place the container in the desired location in your kitchen! Otherwise, you can put the mixture in bags and hang them in different places around the house! In addition to naturally deodorizing your interior, this ingredient also absorbs humidity.

Clean with effective products
And that’s not all, because it is possible to clean tarnished silverware with a very simple and homemade solution, the necessary ingredients of which are probably available in your kitchen cupboard. To start, get some aluminum foil, which you will place in a plastic bowl (avoid any other metallic material). Add a handful of coarse salt to a pot of boiling water, then fill the bowl with hot salted water.

Carefully place your silver object to be cleaned and touch it to the aluminum foil. Just wait a few minutes to 1 hour (depending on the oxidation state of the silver), then rinse and dry with a cloth.

Salt is also useful for washing machine maintenance . In addition to absorbing moisture, it also helps overcome bad odors. To do this, pour a handful of coarse salt and a liter of white vinegar directly into the basket. Then run the washing machine at 90° empty.
