Instructions
- Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onions to the pan.
- Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
- Dump the cooked ground beef and onions into a crock pot.
- Add the beef broth, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground mustard to the pot.
- Stir all of the ingredients together well.
- Place the lid on the pot and set it to cook High.
- After 2 hours of cooking time, remove the lid and stir the contents well.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup to the pot and stir well.
- Add the egg noodles to the pot.
- Gently push the noodles around until they are all submerged in the liquid.
- Return the lid to the pot and cook on High for an additional 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes the noodles should be tender. If they are not continue cooking until they are.
- Once the noodles are tender, stir well one more time.
- Serve and enjoy!
