Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and red bell pepper, diced. Cook until they are transparent and aromatic. In the pan, add the shredded chicken. Garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
2nd Step
Stir well to incorporate and allow the flavors to blend. If using chopped spinach, sauté it in the pan until wilted. Remove from the heat and leave aside to cool somewhat.
3rd Step
Turn the oven’s temperature up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
4th Step
At the broad end of each triangle, place a tablespoon of the chicken filling. Shredded mozzarella cheese should be sprinkled over the chicken filling.
5th Step
Begin rolling up each triangle from the broad end, enclosing the chicken and cheese mixture. Place the crescent rolls on a baking sheet, allowing some space between each roll-up.
6th Step
Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter to make them more brown when baking. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the Crescent and Chicken Roll-ups for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden and puffy.
7th Step
