PREPARATION:
1st Step
Start by marinating the steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Coat the steak thoroughly with the teriyaki sauce by pouring it over the sirloin in a shallow dish. Refrigerate and cover while marinating. And prepare the udon noodles according to the instructions on the container. Drain and reserve.
2nd Step
Remove the sirloin from the marinade and drain any excess sauce. Throw out the used marinade, and then season your steak on both sides with salt and pepper.
