PREPARATION:
1st Step
Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9” round cake pan or a deep-dish pizza pan with olive oil.
2nd Step
Mix the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and salt together in a large basin using a mixer. Pour the heated water and the olive oil into the bowl. Continue mixing until a dough is formed.
3rd Step
Place the dough on a surface that has been dusted with flour, and knead it for approximately three to four minutes, or until it is smooth. To construct the crust, press the dough into the pan that has been prepared and spread it so that it comes up the sides.
4th Step
Spread one-half of the shredded mozzarella cheese that was used for the topping on the bottom of the crust. After that, place your preferred pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
5th Step
After spreading the pizza sauce out equally over the toppings, finish the pizza off by sprinkling the last of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
6th Step
If you want the crust to be golden brown and the cheese to be bubbling, bake the pizza in an oven that has been warmed for 20 to 25 minutes. Wait a few minutes before slicing and serving the pizza so that it may cool down.
