2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 large eggs, whisked
1 16-oz. bag of frozen broccoli cuts
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 10-oz. bags frozen cauliflower rice (or 1 head of cauliflower, riced and cooked)
1 c. shredded Italian blend cheese
2 tsp coarse sea salt
