PREPARATION:
1st Step
To begin, you need to heat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2nd Step
Warm the olive oil in a large pan over moderate heat. After adding the meat chunks, season them with salt and pepper and set them aside. The meat should be seared until it forms a crust that is golden brown on both sides. This process preserves the taste as well as the fluids.
