5th Step
After spreading half of the meat filling out equally over the tortillas, generously sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top of each one. After the cheese has been layered, pour half of the enchilada sauce on top of it and spread it about so that it covers the whole surface.
6th Step
Repeat the layering process by stacking another layer of three tortillas on top, followed by the remaining meat filling, shredded cheese, and enchilada sauce. Repeat this process until all of the ingredients have been used up.
7th Step
At this point, you should cover the casserole with aluminum foil and place it in an oven that has already been warmed for twenty minutes. Because of this, the flavors will be able to combine, and the cheese will be able to melt.
