Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and then chopped or shredded.
Half a cup of finely minced onion.
Half a cup of finely minced celery.
Salt, to your liking.
Ground black pepper (as desired).
1/2 to 1 cup dried cranberries.
Dressing Ingredients:
One cup of mayonnaise.
Half a cup of granulated sugar.
1/4 cup vinegar.
One tsp prepared mustard.
One tsp salt (adjust to your taste).
1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper.
