Ingredients
- Two cups of flour (all purpose)
- A smidgeon of baking powder
- One tsp baking soda
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Half a cup of softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup of sugar, granulated
- Two big eggs
- One tsp vanilla essence
- Four ripe bananas, around 1 1/2 cups mashed
- Half a cup of sour cream or plain yogurt (or buttermilk)
Optional Add-ins:
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
