Then, sift in flour and cornstarch, blend until combined.

After that, roll dough into 36 balls, flatten with a fork, and add optional sprinkles.

In this step, shill dough balls for 2 hours in the fridge or use the freezer for a quicker firming.
Step 5
Next, preheat oven to 300°F (150°C), and place up to 12 cookies on a tray. Bake for 19 to 20 minutes until tops are set.
Step 6
Finally, cool on the tray before serving.
