Instructions:

Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the slow cooker. Stir in half and half and cornstarch.
Add potato gnocchi, cook for 15-30 minutes on high until gnocchi are tender.
Stir in spinach just before serving, cooking until it wilts. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if you like.
