Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, melted butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle half of the Parmesan, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese over the potatoes.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
These are called “Angel Biscuits” – One bite, and you’ll be in heaven too!
