Ingredients
– 2 large apples, cored and chopped
– 1 cup celery, chopped
– 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
– 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lettuce leaves (optional, for serving)
Preparation
1. **Prepare the Fruit and Vegetables**:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts. Toss gently to mix.
2. **Make the Dressing**:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
