Method
I sprinkle 50 grams of baking soda on the baking tray to perfectly cover any stains .
Then I set the result aside and fill a pot with vinegar and heat it on the stove until it almost boils .
Nowadays I always open the window because the vinegar gives off a strong smell . This way the kitchen won’t be filled with the smell of vinegar and mixture.
Once it’s almost boiling, I pour the vinegar over the baking soda and let the mixture sit for about 60 minutes .
After about an hour, I put on gloves and scrub the pan with a sponge to remove any stains and crusts.
The result is significantly better than if I had used a commercially available product.
On the other hand, to clean the edges, I rub with a little more force to remove all the dirt.
In the end, the pan looks perfectly clean, almost like new.
Have fun cleaning.
