Lightly coat each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to your preference.
Tightly wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them in the slow cooker.
Set the cooker on low and cook for 7-8 hours. Alternatively, if you’re in a bit of a hurry, cook on high for 4-5 hours.
