Instructions:
Prepare the cauliflower and broccoli and cook according to your preferred method; here, pressure cooked in a Ninja Foodi Max for 5 minutes.
Drain the vegetables and return them to the bowl. Add the cream, cut ham, cubed Cantal and butter, and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring well.
Pour half of the mixture into a gratin dish, add the pork roast slices, then cover with the rest of the mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan and Gruyere cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes until the dish is golden and bubbling.
