2️⃣ In a bowl, mix grated apple, grated carrot, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3️⃣ Stir in oat flour, baking powder, and flaxseeds until combined.
4️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan with coconut oil over medium heat.
5️⃣ Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
6️⃣ Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
7️⃣ Serve warm with yogurt, nut butter, or fresh fruit!
