Guidelines:

Add the cheese: Reduce the heat to low and add the grated cheddar to the pan. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Dressing: If desired, add hot sauce to the cheese sauce for extra flavor. Stir well.
