In a bowl, mix the diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, then mix until well coated.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
Garnish:
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top of each wrap.
Add extra black pepper for flavor if desired.
