Ingredients
1 can (15 oz / 400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup spinach leaves (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves, minced (to taste)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water (or more if needed for desired consistency)
