1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Optional: additional granulated sugar for coating!
Whenever these are on the table, my hubby can down 10 by himself!
