Olive oil
1 cup rice
2 cups hot water
4 eggs
Salt, to taste
200g sour cream
Chives, chopped
5 small tomatoes, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the rice:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 cup rice and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in 2 cups hot water.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until rice is almost cooked.
