If even after cleaning your bathroom, unpleasant odours persist, there is a trick used in hotels that will allow you to get rid of them. These bad odours are, however, generated by daily use of the bathroom, humidity or pipes, and often regular cleaning is not enough.
Cleaning the bathroom is one of the household chores that we should do as often as possible. And it is one of the parts that gets the dirtiest: traces of lime, soap or toothpaste, hair, bad odours… The ideal is to clean this part once or twice a week, and maintain it daily. But if, no matter how much you clean and re-clean your bathroom, the bad smells don’t go away, it may be time to put these hotel tricks into practice to keep the bathroom smelling good.
When you go to a hotel, you always ask yourself this question: what is the hoteliers’ secret to having such fresh and fragrant bathrooms?
The toilet is surely one of the places in the bathroom most prone to mold and lime buildup. Cleaning them frequently is a matter of hygiene, but it is not necessarily necessary to use chemicals to disinfect them. This hotel trick will change the way you do household chores.
You only need 3 ingredients that you can surely find at home and your effective cleaner is ready!
You will need:
1 liter of washing powder
1 tablespoon of salt
3 tablespoons of vinegar
Put the bleach, salt and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well until the powder and salt dissolve. Pour the resulting mixture into the toilet bowl.
