For the apple layer:
1 kg apples, grated
5 tbsp sugar
1 pack banana flavored pudding powder
100 g raisins (can be omitted)
3 tbsp rum
1 pack cinnamon sugar
For the meringue:
6 egg whites
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 g sugar
5 tbsp desiccated coconut
