300 ml warm water
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sugar
For the topping:
100 g crumbled feta cheese (or Turkish white cheese “beyaz peynir”)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic (optional)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh (or dried) thyme
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste
Black or green olives (optional)
