How to make crispy carrot sticks with parmesan and paprika
Step 1
Cut the carrots on a wooden board into sticks. Transfer them to a bowl.
Step 2
Add a generous drizzle of olive oil and mix them with your hands to distribute it well.
Step 3
Then add the sweet paprika, salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Still using your hands, mix them to combine the coating.
Step 5
Transfer the carrot sticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the carrot sticks on a plate and enjoy while they are still warm and crispy!
